This afternoon, we sent out 60 personalised invitations (sample below) to our Morning Tea and Forum to Polio Australia’s ‘Parliamentary Patrons’ and ‘Parliamentary Friends of Polio Survivors’, including the local Members of those Campaigners who have already advised their attendance.

We are requesting campaigners to let their MPs know that someone from their electorate will be attending on the day.

Campaigners may or may not get an appointment with their own MP, but there are a number of other MPs who may be interested in meeting with us. As such, you might find yourself delegated to meet with another parliamentarian. You will be provided with a handout to leave with the parliamentarians on the day.
